 writer's block?
hey all,
i find that during the summertime, I have a little bit more time to sit down and do some writing than i would during other parts of the year. yet, i seem to be taking much longer to write now that i have the time than i did when i was simply fitting in a writing session between projects.
i am pretty sure that this is a case of writer's block. i have tried to write around the section of my story that i can't seem to get out, but i find that i can only do that for a little while, before it becomes too improtant to know what has already happened to be able to keep writing.
so, what i want to discuss are: strategies for getting by writer's block; what do you do, and how well does it work for you?
