Ok.

Could we please focus on getting the council set-up BEFORE getting bogged down in circular arguments about banning/not banning this or that card?

Before any decision can be made on bannings, we need to have people in charge of making those decisions, and that mean, deciding who the fifth seat of the council will go to.

Shingen and Walken are the two nominees for that fifth seat as it stand. Could we please get either of them supported, or a new one proposed and then supported?

The nominations that have already been seconded (and thus stand as accepted until further notice) are :

Shahai Kirisu
Kakita Himoto
Hikaru
Ahalavais

As much as I love Walken, he's a bit too trigger happy on the ban gun for my tastes. So if it's between those 2, Shingen would have to get my nomination by default.

But since I went to the effort of writing up all the rules cut in the Lotus Rulebook, I want the official title of keeper of the rulebook. :P
