 The Legacy Council The Legacy Council is in charge of taking decisions with regard to the rules and banned list of the Legacy Format.
Its membership is as follows :
Yasuki Yamakori
MacBeth2001
Hikaru
Br'nn
Ken Shaw
Matknuck
Morito Maruku
A simple majority vote will be required for most issues.
A superior majority (5 votes out of 7) will be required to enact a ban on a card.
