Thanks to Matt Dalen, we now have a very spiffy Legacy Deckbuilding forum. Here are some rules :

1)This is for Legacy decks. Samurai decks go in the other forum, further up the list.

2)This is for Legacy decks, not open decks. The Legacy deckbuilding rules can be found here : http://rules.l5r.com/Legacy_Pregame_Rules

3)Just because this forum has "Jadehand.com" at the top doesn't mean we don't get to post tainted decks.
