 Council Vote: Legacy Trait We've been sitting on this for a while. So we'd better get this done.
1. Holdings with the Legacy trait are searchable in game as per Gifts and Favors, but that is all.
2. Holdings with the Legacy Trait may be substituted with Border Keep and/or Bamboo Harvesters (exact text to be be worked out later).
3. The Legacy trait should have the rules of both 1 & 2.
4. The Legacy trait should function as per Samurai Edition rules.
5. The Legacy trait. She does nothing.
I'm fully expecting most options to have no support, but they're valid options, thus I need to include them. But I'm sure I included every option.

I also favour option 1, because as annoying as it is, I'd rather not obsolete a keyword.
To be clear though, you have to start the game as per CE rules, with Border and Bamboo. Legacy holdings would just be options for later in the game. Truthfully, I doubt many will use more than one, but at least the option will still be there.

I feel like a lame-o coming in at PAST the 11th hour, but I vote 1.
I realize that probably weariness over the vast amount of Rules and such in Legacy has lead to the number of "5" votes, but I just can't go that way.
